We have been wondering for a long time:
Are we capable of creating bags focused on winter? Can these be respectful with the Environment? Can we, in the middle of a Pandemic, design/launch/create some bags in Spain? Can we finally flee from leather and fur to promote other types of finishes that involve 0 animal suffering?
We asked ourselves many questions and, we believe, we have found some answers. Although probably the most important of all of them is that the balance between production and the planet is only possible if some concepts such as:
- Creation of proximity and MADE IN SPAIN
- craft production
- Biodegradable and recycled raw materials
- local consumption
And after a while thinking about what, how, where and when we could do it; after failing more than once; and after rethinking what was that thing that would have to be bought only once but should last forever, we found the answer (or so we want to think).
We have created 100% vegan bags in the Catalan town of VIC; classic cut bags and neutral colors that serve as a wild card for day to day; handbags style shopper bags and shoulder bags that imitate leather but do not carry any of it, that are made of recycled materials and that satisfy many types of needs.
And finally we present them to you, our 'Vegan Bags'.
Handmade with recycled polyurethane, handcrafted by two expert artisans in leather goods from Vic, Núria and Ramón, who have not only put their hands but also their experience and lucidity to our creative process. They, in the midst of an uncertain normality, have been part of this team and almost a kind of oracle in which we have poured all our doubts.
Without them this would not be a reality today.
